Proposal Withdrawn!! 💨💨

After the “Informational Session,” and another rough news cycle for the once iconic brand - SI Resorts officially announced this morning they are pulling the plug on their Sports-Themed Resort and Timeshare Condo Complex.


As reported by Ryan Stanton in MLive:

“Schroeder said he doesn’t think the opposition crowd that showed up represents the majority of Ann Arbor and it’s unfortunate a small group of people will derail what could have benefited the city now and well into the future.

“Because you think a building is too big or you don’t want more people coming to town is an irresponsible response to a project that could have helped pay for affordable housing, parks, schools, roads, etc.,” he said.”

Authentic is the absolute best at monetizing a brand, but the brand still has to have value. If whoever is running the editorial operation has no contractual obligation to uphold the quality of the brand, they will say, ‘To hell with Jamie Salter,’ and cheapen it by cutting salaries or resorting to clickbait if they can make a buck.
